Request

  1. The 2022/23 Dental and Medical dynamisation factors in force for the NHS Scheme (England and Wales only).
  2. Both yearly and monthly factors please.
  3. The whole table please so that we can dynamise practitioner earnings from any year to 2023, for example, from 1996 to 2023.
  4. The uprating factor for the Flexibility Value Earnings Credit. Previously this has been set as inflation plus 2% but we are aware this is subject to review.
