• Any staff with any employment history with a GP are flagged as practice staff. All others are ‘Officers and Practitioners’.
• In the event of a member claiming multiple awards, the award with the earliest payable date is assessed.
• Last Day of Service (LDOS) is determined by looking at the termination date of the latest post prior to the award payable date.
• ‘In Service’ is determined by the LDOS terminating within 2 days prior to the award payable date.
• ‘Within 30 days’ is determined by assessing number of days between award payable date, and the first payslip being issued.
• All sub awards are assessed based on those which were completed within the given range (based on workflow completion date).
• LDOS is determined by looking at the termination date of the latest post prior to the sub award payable date.
