I would like to request links to, if any exist, the documentation provided that led Southampton University Hospital Trust to mandate covid vaccinations for staff in 2021/22.

I would like to read any documentation from meetings or between board members that involved this decision and ultimately led to them making it

I am aware this may appear a very broad request but any documentary evidence to support the implementation of this vaccine mandate would be appreciated
