Response

Question 1

Integra Centros

Question 2

The support and maintenance agreement (including upgrades fault fixes and service desk support) automatically renews each year in April unless terminated by notice of the parties.

Question 3

The software will be subject to a system upgrade in this financial year - 2023/24

Question 4

The suitability of the supplier’s product and the related services are subject to periodic review. Due to the upgrades the NHSBSA wouldn’t expect to be going to market in the next 2 to 3 years.

The current product meets our current need, and the NHSBSA has a perpetual licence. The NHSBSA understands that the support and maintenance services in relation to the product can only be provided by the supplier.

Question 5

The Finance Systems and Improvements Manager.

a) It is not fair to disclose these people’s personal details to the world and is likely to cause damage or distress to staff.

b) These details are not of sufficient interest to the public to warrant an intrusion into the privacy of those staff.
