Every community pharmacy owner has an NHS Parent Organisation Code (POC). This is the unique code that identifies their parent organisation within the NHS. Each individual pharmacy has its own Organisation Data Service (ODS) code. May I have a list of the POC codes associated with each pharmacy as held on the NHSBSA database as at 31.03.2026. May I have the list in the format: Column one Pharmacy POC Code, column two PHARMACY ODS CODE F CODE, column three HEALTH AND WELLBEING BOARD, column five ICB NAME, column six PHARMACY TRADING NAME, column seven ORGANISATION NAME, column eight ADDRESS FIELD 1, column nine ADDRESS FIELD 2, column ten ADDRESS FIELD 3, column eleven ADDRESS FIELD 4, column twelve POST CODE. The information you requested is available from the NHS Parent Organisation Code (POC) website (https://www.odsdatasearchandexport.nhs.uk/) and the Open Data Portal (ODP)(https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/contractor-details).

Go to the Reports section, search for ‘edispensary’ (Dispensaries, including Pharmacies), and then check the Parent Organisation Code column

NHS Parent Organisation Code (POC)

The Parent Organisation Code for each pharmacy can be found on the Organisation Data Service (ODS) website (https://www.odsdatasearchandexport.nhs.uk/):

• Navigate to the ODS website

• Select Reports

• Choose “eDispensary (Dispensaries, including Pharmacies)” in the search box

• Refer to the Parent Organisation Code column

Contractor Details dataset

All remaining fields requested are available through the Contractor Details dataset on the NHSBSA Open Data Portal (ODP)(https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/contractor-details). The relevant fields are labelled as follows within the dataset:

• Health and Wellbeing Board – HWB_CODE

• Pharmacy ODS Code (F Code) – CONTRACTOR_CODE

• Organisation Name – CONTRACTOR_NAME

• Integrated Care Board (ICB) Name – ICB_NAME

• Pharmacy Trading Name – TRADING_NAME

• Address fields – individual address field columns as listed within the dataset

• Postcode – postcode field within the address data
