It impacts on those who become ill, the NHS services that provide direct care as a result, and on the wider health and social care system. The annual immunisation programme helps to reduce unplanned hospital admissions and pressures on A&amp;E. To improve access to NHS seasonal influenza vaccination for eligible patients, the advanced service for community pharmacies to provide seasonal influenza vaccinations has been available since 2015.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This report provides the latest available data relating to the current flu season and includes:</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>data relating to England</li>\r\n<li>NHS Region</li>\r\n<li>NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB)</li>\r\n<li>pharmacy details</li>\r\n<li>vaccine name</li>\r\n<li>AMPP SNOMED code</li>\r\n<li>BNF Presentation code</li>\r\n<li>manufacturer</li>\r\n<li>quantity</li>\r\n<li>drug costs</li>\r\n<li>fee costs</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>The Community Adult Flu Season runs from September to March.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This dataset is intended for the general public, including individuals and organisations interested in public spending, healthcare service delivery, and the role of community pharmacies in supporting the NHS response to seasonal influenza.<br /> </p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Historic Adult Flu Vaccination Fee Dataset</strong><br />\r\n<p>The English Community Pharmacy Adult Seasonal Influenza vaccination report - current dataset is updated on a monthly basis. At the end of each reporting period, a full-year file is added to the <strong><a href="https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/community-pharmacy-adult-seasonal-influenza-vaccination-service-historic-report-pharmacy-contractors">Community Pharmacy Adult Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Service Historic Report &ndash; Pharmacy Contractors dataset</a></strong>.</p><p/>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Note on the Childhood Flu Vaccination Pilot</strong><br />\r\n\r\n<p>For broader context on community pharmacy involvement in national flu vaccination, a separate Childhood Influenza Vaccination Pilot also operates alongside the adult service since October 2025.
