New Datasets Now Available: NHS Volunteering Find and Apply Service - Key Performance Indicators

20 May 2025

We’re pleased to announce that the NHS Volunteering Find and Apply Service - Key Performance Indicators datasets are now available on the NHSBSA Open Data Portal.

These datasets provide key performance metrics for the NHS Volunteering Service, a digital platform that enables NHS organisations—including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Trusts, and GP practices—as well as Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations to advertise and manage volunteering opportunities. These datasets include metrics such as Completion Rate and Digital Take-up, alongside insights from the Customer Satisfaction Survey, which evaluates the overall user experience.

For more details on the datasets and their purpose, read our recent article: https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/news/coming-soon-nhs-volunteering-find-and-apply-service-key-performance-indicators-datasets
