COMPLETION_RATE	Completion rate percentage	number	The number of digital transactions that users complete as a percentage of all digital transactions that users started
TOTAL_TRANSACTIONS	Total number of treatment costs submitted	integer	The total number of completed submissions
DIGITAL_TAKE_UP	Digital take-up percentage	integer	The percentage of people using government services online in relation to other channels
SURVEY_RESPONSES	Survey responses	integer	Total number of of responses received from the customer satisfaction survey (CSAT) for the period
SATISFIED_RESPONSES	Satisfied responses	integer	The total number of 'Very Satisfied' and 'Satisfied' responses
USER_SATISFACTION	Percentage of satisfied responses	number	The percentage of positive CSAT survey responses (those giving a score of 7-10) against all responses received
