The Government Expert Panel on Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal Use in Humans

Application procedures for unlicensed cannabis-based medicines

Requirements for Trust-level governance or internal policies prior to submission

Any advice to defer commentary or applications during this period

This request is made in light of DHSC’s recent FOI response (Ref: FOI-1623511), which indicated that NHS England may hold relevant guidance not retained by DHSC.’
