Through West Northamptonshire District Council (formerly Daventry District Council) a contribution of £500,000.00 was made via Section 106 towards the construction of a GP Surgery on land known as Marsh Spinney. The planning application reference was (DA/2013/0686). The ICB have confirmed they received the £500,000 from the NHS in January 2024. At what date did the NHS receive this money in relation to the Marsh Spinney GP surgery and who was the transfer from?
