Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information relating to all General Dental Services (GDS) and Personal Dental Services (PDS) contracts managed across all Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in England for the financial year 2024/2025:
For each NHS dental contract in England during the above financial year, please provide:
1. The name and full address of each contract holder (provider).
2. The total annual contract value (£) for each contract in 2024/2025.
3. The number of UDAs and/or UOAs commissioned per contract.
4. The UDA or UOA rate (£) (i.e. the effective price per unit).
5. The number of UDAs and/or UOAs delivered per contract in 2024/2025.
6. The value of any clawback (£) (performance recovery) applied by the ICBs or NHS England in respect of underperformance.
If possible, please supply the information in a structured, machine-readable format such as CSV or Excel spreadsheet.
If it is helpful to do so, please feel free to supply this data by region or by ICB (i.e., a separate sheet per ICB or region). Please include both GDS and PDS contracts where applicable.
Should any part of this request require clarification, or if the information is already available in full or in part via a public dataset, please do not hesitate to inform me.
