I am an nhs pension member who has had horrendous experiences with nhs pension organisation, and I would please like to know as a freedom of information request how many complaints tgat nhs pension has had in the last year to date from service members. I intend to use this to back up my potential legal action and take to the appropriate government minister, pension ombudsman etc.
