Under the Freedom of Information Act I am seeking data on the Golden Hello scheme for NHS dentists in England.

1. Please provide national totals, by month Feb 2024-present, for:
   a. Applications made to the scheme
   b. Successful applicants placed within practices
   c. Any successful applicants withdrawing from the scheme before the minimum term, including totals on moneys repaid to exit the scheme.

2. Please provide a breakdown of the same data by Integrated Care Board, by month for:
   a. Applications made to the scheme
   b. Successful applicants placed within practices
   c. The location of successful applicants withdrawing from the scheme before the minimum term, including details on moneys repaid within each ICB to exit the scheme.
   d. Using NHS performer or other data held by you please supply data identifying the ICB in which individual applicants practised i) before applying to and ii) after joining the Golden Hello scheme.
