Either: -"Community" means a person included in a pharmaceutical list of persons who undertake to provide pharmaceutical services in particular by way of the provision of drugs -"DAC" means a Dispensing Appliance Contractor known as an “NHS appliance contractor” in Regulation which means a person included in a pharmaceutical list of persons who undertake to provide pharmaceutical services only by way of the provision of appliances -"LPS" means an “LPS contractor” which means a person who is a local pharmaceutical services (LPS) chemist by virtue of being a party to an LPS scheme which is not an LPS pilot scheme
