Confirmation of whether the framework allows for new suppliers to be appointed during its term, and if so, under what mechanism (for example reopening, refresh, or a dynamic process).
Confirmation of whether mini-competitions or call-off competitions under the framework are restricted to suppliers appointed to the framework, or whether non-framework suppliers may participate.
Copies of any policy documents, framework rules, or guidance held that describe supplier onboarding, refresh, or competition rules for this framework.
