Change Log – Finalised Secondary Care Medicines Data (SCMD) with Indicative Price #1
On Monday 21 July 2025 the finalised version of the Secondary Care Medicines Dataset (SCMD) for the 2024/25 financial year was made available on the NHSBSA Open Data Portal.
The release includes all in-year updates and corrections, as well as resolved anomalies and missing data affecting some Trusts — including Guy’s and St Thomas’, King’s College Hospital (2022/23), and UCLH.
Corrected datasets for all previous years are also made available with this release.
Users who have previously downloaded SCMD files are advised to re-run any analysis.
