Data prior to November 2017

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHSBSA.

Data from 1 November 2017 to 10 December 2025

We have received 6,304 Pre Payment Certificate (PPC) complaints.

We have received 40 Hormone Replacement Therapy Pre Payment Certificate (HRT PPC) complaints.
