The percentage of volunteer users using the service online in relation to other channels, for example paper or telephone. As a fully digital service, this is always 100%

USER_SATISFACTION Percentage of positive user satisfaction number

The percentage of positive survery responses ('Satisfied' or 'Very Satisfied' where a score of 7-10 is received) as a proportion of all volunteer user CSAT survey responses received.
