My query covers all prescribing datasets - can you tell me whether retrospective changes are ever made and if so, how can we identify updated datasets? Thank you.

Retrospective changes are avoided as much as possible. On the rare occasions where data has been found to be incorrect after publication then the original data is removed and the new data reloaded. A notice of correction will then be added to the dataset page to alert users.

I know that many of our users access the data through API and may not visit the webpages very often so we are working on better ways for alerts to reach those users.
