Hi, I've come across instances in the records where very small quantities of medication are prescribed. For example, practice code Y06711 has a record of prescribing a single Citalopram 20mg tablet in December 2023, despite standard packaging containing 28 tablets. Also, the ADQUSAGE is 1, suggesting this is typically for one day's use. Is it possible this is a recording error, or is there a rationale behind prescribing such small amounts? Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
