| TREATMENT_MONTH | Treatment Month | integer | A course of treatment is assigned to a treatment month based on the date of completion or date of last visit (the date of last visit may be the treatment acceptance date). |
| GEOGRAPHY_CODE | Geography Code | string | The office for national statistics (ONS) code of the geographical area the data is aggregated to. |
| GEOGRAPHY_NAME | Geography Name | string | The name of the geographical area the data is aggregated to |
| AGE | Age | string | Denotes whether a result is for Adult, Child or All. A patients age is determined at the date of acceptance of an FP17. Children are patients that are aged 17 and under at the date of acceptance for a course of treatment. |
| TREATMENT_CHARGE_BAND | Treatment Charge Band | string | NHS dental activity is broken down into treatment bands based on how complex the treatment is. For example, a dental crown is a band 3 treatment. For activity with a date of acceptance from November 2022 onwards, band 2 treatments are further broken down into sub-bands 2a, 2b, and 2c. |
