I am formally requesting the below in line with the FOI act

I would like to submit the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

This request concerns any information held by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) relating to Huddersfield Pharmacy Specials (HPS), operated by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT), and the wider NHS specials market.

Please provide:

1. The Last 5 years: data, reports or internal summaries held by NHSBSA regarding the performance, output, market share or activity of Huddersfield Pharmacy Specials (HPS).

2. The most recent NHSBSA assessments, benchmarking reports, risk analyses or internal intelligence products concerning the financial sustainability or operational viability of NHS Trust-run specials manufacturing units, including HPS specifically.

3. Within the two years: Any internal NHSBSA briefing papers, board papers, market reviews or written analyses that reference the expansion plans recently approved by CHFT, capital investment proposals or business growth strategies of HPS.

4. The most recent: NHSBSA-held strategic review, market assessment or risk report relating to NHS specials manufacturing units, particularly in the context of trust-run units being closed or sold in recent years i.e. Torbay Pharmaceuticals and Moorfields.

If NHSBSA holds only part of this information, please specify the scope of what you do hold and identify which elements, if any, are held by other authorities.
