Please can you publish a CSV file containing a list of all dental practices providing NHS services since April 2015.

Besides the usual address columns, I would like in particular the ODS codes for the site matched to the contract codes.

If the following is also available in the NHSBSA dataset, please can you match these to the correct dental practice name as listed in NHS Services Finder.

There seems to be a mismatch between the ODS listed name and Services Finder name e.g. ODS V07654 should be Longsight Dental Practice but is listed as Slade Lane Dental Surgery.

Unfortunately we cannot match these to the correct dental practice name as listed in NHS Services Finder as the NHSBSA doesn't control that data.
