I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested.

Question 1 - The number of pension members who left active service with Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust since August 2021

There are 1,566 members whose pensions scheme membership with EA 5629 (Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) ended, where they didn’t have any ongoing posts the following day with EA 5629 (i.e. there were no concurrent posts, and they didn’t immediately commence paying contributions on a new post). Please note, this does not necessarily mean that they have retired, this just means they stopped paying pension contributions; they may still have been in employment with EA 5629 and simply opted out of the scheme, and/or may have returned to paying contributions (on the same or new post) at some point afterwards. They may have opted out and/or left employment for any reason.

Question 2 - The number of those pension members who have had an overpayment since August 2021

There have been 21 overpayments since August 2021. Please note, this does not mean that the employer or NHS Pensions is necessarily responsible for the overpayment.
