‘Please provide a breakdown of all completed New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations for the following period of 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

I request that this data be broken down by the NMS therapeutic area/condition for which the medicine was prescribed (e.g., Asthma, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.), with the total number of services provided for each.

If a national breakdown is not available, please provide this breakdown for England.

Please provide the information in a digital format, such as an Excel or CSV file’
