Hi,
It would be interesting to know what the methodology used in this FoI response is. The request might be open to interpretation but I find it difficult to believe that no GP surgery within LLR has prescribed e.g. fentanyl, oxycodone or tramadol.
I think it would be nice generally to reveal the methodology used for all FoI requests within the response. I've seen that "follow up" requests sometimes result in an admission that the methodology in the previous request was incorrect, which suggests that the methodology is documented by whoever is tasked with doing the response. Thank you
