Can you provide the following information please? How many NHSBSA posts have been filled (including new posts) at band 7 and above (please provide a breakdown of bandings) between the time period stipulated. Date range: 28/5/2022 – 28/5/2025

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested, and a copy of the information is attached.

Please be advised that the data includes new starters, internal movers, and recruits to replace leavers at Band 7 and above.

Please be advised there are 10 colleagues not on Agenda for Change terms and conditions included in the data, but whose salary equates to that of at least an AfC Band 7 colleague for the relevant time period. This group includes non-executive board members who received a pro-rata payment.

Please be advised that if a colleague progressed internally on multiple occasions in the reporting period within the Band range given, then each individual change instance is counted in the data provided. This is the same reporting approach used when a post has been filled, became vacant and re-filled again within the reporting period i.e. this would be counted twice in the data.
