I am writing to confirm that I have now completed my search for the information which you requested.

Request

You asked us:

I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request data held by the NHS Business Services Authority relating to the Pharmacy First – Clinical Pathways service.

Please provide the following information for June 2025 (1 June – 30 June 2025):

  1. A list of all community pharmacy contractors in England who submitted at least one claim for a Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways consultation during this period.

  2. For each pharmacy, please include:
    a. ODS (F) code
    b. Pharmacy name
    c. Address (or at least town/postcode area)
    d. Integrated Care Board (ICB) region
    e. Number of claimed Pharmacy First Clinical Pathway consultations (aggregate total)

  3. If available, please include breakdowns by clinical pathway (e.g. acute otitis media, impetigo, infected insect bites, sinusitis, sore throat, UTI, shingles).

  4. Please provide the data in a machine-readable format (e.g., CSV or Excel).

If providing the full dataset would exceed the cost limit, please instead supply the top 50 pharmacies with the highest number of clinical-pathway claims for June 2025, as this would satisfy the purpose of the request.

For reference, I am aware of related prior FOI responses, such as:

• FOI-02492 – NHS Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways and related claims data (Sept 2023–Oct 2024)
• FOI-02016 – Pharmacy First Clinical Pathways consultation counts (Mar–Apr 2024)

These confirm that NHS BSA holds pharmacy-level data for this service.
