We are seeking information relating to the Wayfinder capital funding that was awarded to NHS organisations and community interest companies in 2025 for patient portal enhancements and integration with the NHS app, the funding process was announced in July 2025 and the deadline for submitting bids was August 31st 2025.

1_Details of which organisations received funding ?
2_Details of how much funding each organisation was awarded ?
