Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request information held by NHS Business Services Authority relating to community pharmacy dispensing volumes.
Please provide an anonymised list of community pharmacies that dispense an average of fewer than 5000 prescription items per month, based on the most recent full quarter available within the period specified, or the latest full financial year if quarterly data is not held.
The postcode areas requested are OL, M, SK, BL, WN, PR, FY, BB, LA and CA.
For each pharmacy, please provide where available the pharmacy name, address, ODS code and average monthly items dispensed for the relevant period.
If exact item figures cannot be disclosed, banded data such as less than 2500 items per month or 2500 to 4999 items per month would be acceptable.
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 10 February 2026.
